INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping Methods & Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 – Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: $11.95 – Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 Business Days
  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99

CARRIERS USED

We ship all international orders via 4PX, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the fastest available route.

DELIVERY TERMS

  • All deliveries require a signature upon arrival for security purposes.
  • Ensure someone is present at the shipping address (home or workplace) to receive the parcel. If no one is available, a delivery card will be left with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
  • Orders cannot be rerouted once dispatched, so please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

  • Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred at the destination.
  • Eefury is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  • Please do not refuse delivery. Refused shipments will incur the original shipping fee plus return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued minus total delivery and return fees for any refused packages.

ORDER TRACKING & PROCESSING

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
  • During peak times or sales, processing can take up to 48 hours.
  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

HELPFUL TIPS

  • Use a work address if you may not be available to sign for the package at home.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or customs inspections—please plan ahead.
