RETURNS
We get it—sometimes the fit isn’t right. That’s why at Eefury, we gladly accept returns on any unworn item that still has all original tags and security labels attached.
Return eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and in original condition
- Must be returned within 30 days of receipt
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using your local post office and choosing a tracked/signed-for service.
How to return:
- Follow the instructions on the returns sheet included with your order.
- Indicate clearly whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.
- Misplaced your return sheet? Email us at service@eefury.com, and we’ll assist you.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 2–3 business days of receiving your return
- Your bank may take up to 7 business days to complete the transaction
- Store credit (if selected) will be emailed to you as a code and available within 2–3 days after processing
- Credit notes are valid only on our online store
Important: Eefury is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
EXCHANGES
Prefer a different size, color, or item? No problem!
Exchange eligibility:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags still attached
- Return must be initiated within 28 days of receiving your item
How to exchange:
- Use the returns form enclosed in your package
- Clearly state which item you’d like in exchange
- Return the item using a tracked shipping method

Exchange Details:
- Processing takes 2–3 business days plus shipping time
- We cover outbound shipping for the exchange item
- You may exchange each item up to two times
- If the replacement item is more expensive, you’ll need to purchase a gift card for the difference
- If the replacement item is less expensive, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method
LATE RETURNS
Returns received after 30 days from your delivery date will not be accepted and may be sent back to you.
RETURN SHIPPING RECOMMENDATIONS
- Always use a signed-for service (e.g., local postal service with tracking)
- Retain your tracking number until the return is processed
RETURN CONDITIONS
To ensure a smooth return experience:
- Items must be in new condition, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging
- Items returned in a damaged, used, or altered condition may not be accepted
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or soiled, please contact us first at service@eefury.com before sending it back.
