Orders & Shipping
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email with a tracking ID so you can follow your delivery.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery times (ETA) are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on product location and selected shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Most destinations are eligible for free shipping, although some exclusions may apply.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order by clicking “Track My Order” at the bottom of our website or via the “Help” button.
My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Check common drop-off points (porch, behind bins/plants, building management, neighbors). If not found after 10 business days, email us with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Email used
- Shipping address
We also recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item for a refund?
If your item is unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and has all original tags, return it within 30 days following the return form instructions. Include the completed returns sheet in the package.
- Full-priced items: Refund issued to your original payment method.
- Sale items: Refund issued as store credit.
- Shipping fees: Non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we can only process returns we receive.
How do I exchange an item?
Follow the same return process as above. Once your return is approved, we’ll ship the new item within 2–3 business days and send you a new tracking link.
What is your returns policy?
Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging
- Returned within 30 days
- Accompanied by a completed return form
- Returned via a tracked shipping service
Sale items are only eligible for store credit if they meet our return criteria.
Can I get a price adjustment if my item goes on sale after purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.

Which size should I purchase?
We use standard U.S. sizing unless noted otherwise. A detailed size guide is available:

I saw something on your social media but can’t find it on your website.
Some items are part of a new upcoming collection or may be limited edition and no longer available online.
Payments & Discounts
My promo code or gift card isn’t working!
- Make sure it applies to full-priced items only (excludes gift cards and sale items).
- Enter gift cards and promo codes separately.
